McKesson uses this company to handle the home care insurance claims for various wound care supplies. When you call them you get passed around. You are asked the same info by multiple associates, they send requests for approvals of supplies to wrong providers, then cancel the order without telling you when they don’t get the info. They bill your insurance for items you never received then send you nasty messages when you refuse to pay for items never received. Billing your insurance for incorrect items or items not received is fraud. I have spent so much time back tracking with my insurance about them paying for this kind of stuff. I have spent so much time on the phone with them trying to get things right. As a caregiver I don’t have that kind of time.

Prescription sent 26 March. Filled 30 April. Tough going more than a month with no real sleep. Many requests for information, two responses. I will ensure that in the future my requirements are met by professionals. My experience with your organization is rated as horrible and I would not recommend your organization to anyone. Sorry, but I haven’t slept for a while.

HORRIBLE SCAMMY COMPANY THAT IS STILL TRYING TO BILL ME EVEN AFTER I RETURNED THE CPAP MACHINE I WAS USING AS IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME...IM STILL GETTING BILLED EVEN THOUGH I DONT EVEN HAVE THE EQUIPMENT ANYMORE...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DISGUSTING PEOPLE THAT TRY TO ROB YOU BLIND.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! If I could give them a “minus” rating, I would. I ordered renewal shipment of my glucose monitors via phone on January 10, 2026. Today is April 27, 2026 and I still have no monitors!🤣 Every time I call for status, the automated information very outdated/incorrect. Virtually every customer service rep I speak with gives me a different status. Finally enlisted assistance of my insurance company today and was told they sent authorization in Jan. 13!! Today, after a 3-way call with Adapt rep, insurance company rep & me that will be available for ship tomorrow. I’m not holding my breath!!! I’ve had issues with them virtually since the beginning. This cluster, however, wins the prize. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy!

Avoid this company if you can. Absolutely worthless company. I would part ways with this company if I could, but I am tied to them through my CPAP machine. They are impossible to get a hold. You stay on hold forever and your issues are not resolved. When you finally get through, they say they will get back to your with resolution and they don.t. They sent me the wrong Cpap machine and it took me over 2 months to get the right one sent and the wrong one returned. Then came the billing nightmares. They tried to bill me for the CPAP machine they sent that was the wrong one. This issue has been going on for months. If they had people who would pick up the phone or respond, it would be very helpful. This experience has been a nightmare....in fact, I've never even done a TrustPilot review, but this experience forced me to. I FINALLY got to a person in their overseas call center who was able to help me out.

First time user and the CPAP machine motor was defective from the start! It made a horrible sound and smelled like something was burning! It took them 3 months to finally replace it. The nasal masks made me break out and now I have been waiting 2 weeks for the full face mask which they originally said delivery would be within 5-7 days! Just received a bill for over $200 for therapy I’ve never even had the chance to do effectively. I’ve been hung up on several calls now. It’s beyond words at this point.

Customer service was awful. My 7 year old daughter is casted from the toes to the hip. We waited 3 hours in the ER for the wheelchair that was prescribed to her just to continue to get a call that they were delayed “about another hour”. We then elected to have the wheelchair delivered to our home, for what was supposed to be the “next day” then find out they are closed on the weekends. Then I had to call customer service more than eight times in two days because I kept hearing “well. Somebody will call you back.” Finally on the last call, I got somebody who was experienced and was able to get everything cleared up. There was a monthly rental fee on my account that needed to be paid before being processed however, all previous customer service representatives did not disclose that to me. They kept telling me my order was “waiting to be scheduled for delivery”, which was not the case. There was a note on the account that the only time I was not home was between 2-3pm to pick up my kids from school and the wheelchair was scheduled for 2:15 pm. Seriously! So it took us 5 days to finally get our wheelchair so my daughter. Absolutely unacceptable.

Getting a phone call through to this company was challenging to say the least. Six weeks before my scheduled surgery I finally got a representative on the phone and they said my doctor needed to fax them an order. My doctor faxed in a prescription for a hospital bed and after two weeks I tried to call Adapt to set up delivery. Several times, someone picked up the phone but didn't speak; one time I spent 5 minutes saying "Hello, is anyone there", with the line connected and no answer. Finally, I got through to someone with English language skills about equal to my Hindi language skills. I concluded that he was trying to tell me to have my doctor send a new prescription, office notes and my insurance information. He would not accept my insurance information from me. My doctor sent 33 pages of office notes, a new prescription and my insurance information. After several more unanswered phone calls I got through one week before my scheduled surgery and found out that they needed more information, but they couldn't explain exactly what information. I cancelled the order and my husband brought a bed downstairs from the spare bedroom. No one ever needs this kind of frustration, but it's extremely stressful when going through a medical crisis. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
