Technician arrived at the appointed time. He was quickly able to determine that the concentrator needed replacement and did so. He explained features of new machine thoroughly.

My supply/service tech, Daniel, is the absolute best! He is always professional, very knowledgeable, and always polite and respectful. I appreciate that he gives me a call to let me know when he will be arriving, as it's helpful when planning my day. Adapt Health has been a good company for my needs. Customer service is second to none. I would definitely recommend using their services.

Jeff is amazing as a delivery and pick up rep for this company, but Nik as a customer service rep who calls and sets up appointments is rude and speaks over you when you talk. Does not like to be told no. I had already made plans with Jeff and we were in agreement and. I’m did not want to cooperate with.
