Julian was absolutely great upon arrival. My only issue with the delivery was that it was delayed and I was out of oxygen for 2 hours before Julian arrived. I had called your service on my ride home from the hospital on discharge and reported that I had about 2 hours of oxygen supply from the tank provided upon discharge. The oxygen delivery did not occur for 5 hours after my first call to the office. I called again as I was running low, and there was still a delay in delivery. At that time, I was off oxygen for approximately 2 hours and my O2 sats were in the low 80’s.

Karen arrived on time and replaced my humidifier/rset my BIPAP air pressure settings.

Eric was very helpful. I did find his enthusiasm a bit off-putting. My medical provider who does use a c-pap was much more realistic.

James was very helpful. I just wish you had more of a selection of cpap masks to choose from otherwise my experience was good

Brya was thorough and made sure that everyone's mask fitted before we were released. The only downside is that when I looked at my pillow refills today, they were all large size rather than small.

The technician was helpful and polite. It was a little rushed and he kept mentioning how he doesn't get commission, not sure what that was all about. Overall, the machine is pretty straightforward in regards to operating. Would like paperwork to confirm out of pocket costs with what my insurance projected, will have to see where that ends up.

Everyone was super nice and helpful, only have 4 stars because the equipment initially delivered was pediatric instead of adult, and i had no way of knowing until the hospital PT recognized it. They swapped it right out though, with no problem.

There was no humidifier jar with the consentrator. All other supplies were there.
