As an employee of the medical field I understand the HIPAA form. What I cannot understand is how I can text in or call in and speak to someone regarding my husband's account and then other times they can't find any paperwork. The form was sent in on 11/11/2025. This is your responsibility to keep the patient's chart up to date and this has been an ongoing issue. If you want to deal with a person I would suggest getting another company. It is so hard to talk to a person, I normally like to do chat, but it's hit or miss with this. Also, instead of sending a reminder to see if you need supplies they just charge your card and send it.

I hate that I have to deal with this company at all but unfortunately my Mother receives her medical equipment through them. They are horrible to deal with. They never seem to receive the orders sent by her Doctor. They fail to get medical equipment out in a timely manner. I have had to make so many phone calls I am sick of it at this point. Their representatives are very difficult to understand and lack knowledge. My Mothers health depends on oxygen therapy and they fail to repair, service or even come out in a timely manner to reset the settings on her BiPap machine and than tell us she's non-compliant with her usage. But as with all these crappy places they certainly are prompt and efficient with their billing. Avoid if you have other options!!

This company furnishes home oxygen supplies. For the third time the main plug in concentrator went out at night and my wife was forced to use oxygen tanks which only last 2 hours. The company has replaced the Main Concentrator three times in one year. A small hand cary unit went out last month and they replaced both units after a nightmare of getting them to do so taking two days. A month later it went out at night and we had to use what tanks were on hand that were not enough to last. After two hours on the phone attempting to get these items replaced and filled we were told it was after hours but someone would deliver them around 7pm. My wife just got out of the hospital and no one brought any tanks or equipment. Upon calling again the next morning I went through a series of getting companies of this business all in states in which we do not live. No on had the information on the order and delivery of the needed equipment. Upon finally getting some employee in Texas I was hung up on. This forces you to start all over again in their system. We still do not have oxygen for her, now the second day. The equipment they furnish they furnish is of poorest quality and good luck getting it replaced timely, especially on weekends or after hours. They do not care if you need it or not. The billing Dept is a nightmare and they will not adhere to automated withdrawal. This caused my bank account to be closed and took two months to get it reopened and my direct deposit check restarted because Adapt tried to pull their "bill"; out a week before they had agreed to. I loathe this company and warn you to seek others that are more reasonable in their customer practices. I for one am fixing to replace them with another.

It took 3 months to pick up our equipment. They miss 4 dates gor pick up. Once I complained they transferred my call to an answering machine. The customer service was horrible. This is the only 1 star I've ever left. They deserve worse

Every month we pay the Total Due on our statement/bill, yet every month we are charged Past Due amounts of up to 100% the current bill + late fees. We call and can only talk to people in India who we can barely understand. At this point we have asked for the address to send back the equipment and put a stop to the non-sense.

Absolutely the worst. Terrible customer service. Billing is a mess. I have had to fight several times with them over bills that they simply made up and tried to charge me for. The whole organization is a bunch of disorganized thieves. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING! THEY WILL JUST KEEP CHARGING YOU EVEN IF YOU STOP!

Horrible customer service, this company's goal is to put as many non-medical people between you and treatment as possible. Once they have your money they'll do everything to avoid assisting you and will look for the first opportunity to reneg on their contract with no review. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
