The technician was very nice and throughly explained the machine and helped up make decisions about the masks to choose. She was patient with our questions and appreciated that we may have been nervous about the equipment.

The service was wonderful when I was getting my machine and supplies. I didn't know anything about how to wear the mask or which one I wanted. L'Oréal was so kind and personable. For something I didn't know much about she made me feel comfortable and confident by the time we were finished.

Made it very easy to switch out machines and a wide variety of head gear to choose from. Everyone was very nice and informative

Anthony is an excellent service & delivery man! We appreciate his knowledge & helpful suggestions. He is pleasant & always prompt with deliveries. Anthony makes using oxygen a bit easier.
