Thoroughly explained cpap use and Maintenance

We received two items from AdaptHealth: a portable oxygen device just before discharge from the hospital and then a larger unit delivered to the home less than an hour after our return home. I was very impressed at the efficiency of both deliveries (right to the hospital bed and with clear usage explanations from a friendly person!). The young man who delivered to the home was also delightful and friendly, not to mention patient, as it took longer to actually leave the hospital than we had anticipated and so he arrived at our home before we did. No problem, he made us feel relaxed about the situation, which we greatly appreciated. Two beautiful, easy-to-use machines. Based on yesterday’s experience, I highly recommend this company!

Amanda is a great RT. Always on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Amanda provided a comprehensive walkthrough of my equipment and helped me navigate my mask options with ease. Her patient demeanor made a huge difference. Regarding the facility: The exterior signage is very poor, making the building hard to identify. Furthermore, this is an appointment-only location and no longer a retail medical store. I saw several people come in looking for supplies only to be disappointed; a clear sign on the front door explaining the appointment policy and lack of retail items would save everyone a lot of time.

The technician dropping off the equipment provided a very detailed and thorough overview of the equipment, its operation and maintenance - excellent presentation.

My representative took the time to listen to my concerns and provided valuable feedback. Together, we came up with a solution that will, hopefully, work more effectively for my condition.
