Antonio Chambers the driver he's always very respectful neat clean shows you what to do with the equipment I give him kudos he leaves all the equipment I need I hadn't even ordered my tanks today but he also had tanks for me thank you Mr. Antonio Chambers. KUDOS

The gentleman was very calm to my feelings of panic. He explained a couple things that’s are helpful

It took the company one day from the order time to the delivery. Besides that, the delivery guy was extremely professional. It took him 10-15min to put together all items and teach me how to use them. THANK YOU!

She made it interesting and informative. She answered questions as they arose. I personally think she did a great job.

Had an appointment to get new cpap devise. Experience was pleasant with a super nice lady. Gladys has been in touch with me since my old machine was limping along on its last effort. I have not had a good night's uninterrupted sleep in a few months due to Medicare coverage. I am so happy for my great nights sleep same day as replacement. Gladys walked me through instructions,how to clean,answered questions and made this out with the old and in with the new an easy process. Would give her a 10 on customer service if I could. My husband and I are both customers and we are 100% happy with Adapt. In person service is provided at a convenient location.
