The staff are wonderful, courteous and knowledgeable. Pam, the respiratory therapist, provided us with a thorough orientation to the new BiPAP machine and supplies. She was patient in answering our questions. Pam made the experience enjoyable.

My instructor was Courtney Richards she was very professional very courteous went through everything slowly came over to the table to even give more assistance she done a lot of illustrations of the machine and how it works and what you need to do to keep yourself going she is a credit to your company
