My insurance Co hasn't received a claim for 4 months nor has my credit card been billed.I receive an email each month confirmation of payment with a credit card I don't have.I have tried several times calling and they keep sending me to somebody else,I have tried emailing Adapt Health and they wont call me .This is a constant worry for me.I am thinking about going with another Co.Adapt Health needs to improve how they do things.

I spent over 40 min on the phone in April trying to cancel my c pap. I was to recieve a box in the mail to return it in. It never came and in May I got another bill. Another long phone call and I finally said I would return it in person which I did. I thought my whole account was cancelled but now I keep getting bills every month. I'm tired or being put on hold and talking to incompetent people. There's a big problem with training I think.

I have tried 3 times to get an appointment with the local off. First I went in person and the employee would not help me and told me to request the appointment online. I was not able to do that so I attempted to call. I finally had gotten to a place to leave a message and never received a call back. I am currently on the phone. I have spoken to 6 individuals who continue to transfer to someone else who cannot help me. At this time, I have been waiting in this queue for 40 minutes. I still do not know if they transferred me to someone who can help me. Seems like the company is too big and you just get the run around. Very very frustrating. Thank goodness I don't have an emergent situation.

My doc ordered my new CPAP Machine one month ago, and I still won't receive it for another 10 days. When I called after 2 weeks, we were disconnected twice and then I was told they had no record. Eventually they found the record, but said they would call back shortly. Two weeks later they called to arrange delivery in 10 days, but we got disconnected 3 times. What's more, this company hounded me by phone and emails almost EVERY DAY about supplies for my last CPAP machine. I'm telling my doc to connect their patients to another supplier.

I have been with this company for years, being their customer. First it was a small company, then it started merging with bigger companies. It is a mess! I needed a new medical device. My doctor faxed the prescription. No one told me that it had to include the doctor's signature and some additional information. I found out about it when I called to confirm they received it. So they received it but did not reach to me out about incomplete prescription. OK, my doctor refaxed the prescription adding the missing information. In addition, I emailed the prescription to the email address they provided.. I finally confirmed it was received. After I have not heard anything back in a week, I called to check up on my order. Surprisingly, I was told they do not have the right prescription. After it was refaxed and emailed. I asked for the manager and asked to give me her business email address to that I could send the prescription to her, as opposed to the general email pool that they do not check. She refused to provide me with the email.

Their billing department for oxygen concentrator and supplies and ventilator have too often made mistakes in my billing, and when they do, they lock my account and refuse to come service my equipment or provide supplies. I depend on supplemental oxygen to stay alive, so their billing mistakes risk my life. For example, last week when i got home from the hospital, I was struggling to breathe just from the car ride. I to use my concentrator, but it gave out after about 10 minutes. I called for an urgent repair. They said I had not paid my bill in 10 months, so they would not do anything. I knew that was not accurate because I receive an email each time I pay and it says zero balance. It took 4 days to finally get a human on the phone to discuss billing (the outgoing recordings said they were busy helping other callers, so I should call back later). The human looked in to the issue and explained it was a mistake - I had paid and it had been on time. He removed the lock on the account. Another time, I ran info a similar issue. That time they insisted I had no insurance from Dec 2020 to a date in about 2022. It took them 13 more months to figure out what the problem was. They were billing using the wrong entity — a subsidiary out of California,yet my insurance covered the one out of Texas, where we live.

Even with an appointment they do not deliver their products and their customer service is horrid. We rescheduled our appointment for the following Friday after they failed to deliver our bed for my elderly mom. We get a call on Monday for an appointment we DID NOT schedule saying “We couldn’t deliver the bed today because it is too late in the day.” I have been calling for days prior to make sure our appointment has been set clearly for Friday, so i’m not understanding what’s the problem with all the miscommunication? The lady on the phone blamed it on us for not calling the delivery service every 2 hours to check up on where they are on the road. The worker said that is the reason why we missed the bed the initial time. We shouldn’t have to keep reaching out to see where they are on the road. We gave them clear instructions one call when they leave and another when they get to the building so we can help them get inside. Their service is horrible and don’t bother wasting your time buying from them unless you want lots of frustration.

Worst customer experience of my life. Beware of predatory recurring billing. I purchased a CPAP/sleep machine through this company, paid my $500 co-pay, and their team billed my insurance thousands. Because the machine didn't work for me, I returned it after a few uses and assumed the account was closed. Instead, this company quietly continued to charge my credit card without my consent. To make matters worse, they recently sent me a box of unwanted supplies for a machine I haven't owned in 12 months. When I called to resolve this, I returned the parts and had to cancel my credit card just to stop the unauthorized charges. Now, they are harassing me for an ongoing $83/month fee for a service I do not have. Their customer service is dishonest, unhelpful, and they are essentially stealing from former customers. Stay far away.
