My rep was very informative, knowledgeable and explained the use of the machine and supplies very well. I left the office eager to start. The process is a lot easier and not cumbersome like I was afraid it would be. I am thankful my doctor ordered it for me. I am 83 and look forward to hopefully to more good years. Thank you.

Marquis Brandon is a very knowledgeable and polite young man. He's an asset to your company! He's been delivering oxygen products to us a number of times and has always been helpful and courteous. He also always calls ahead and is there when he states he will be. He deserves a raise!

I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who signed me in and then I was went in the room and the lady explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable with the machine. Very professional staff. 5 stars.

The entire fitting process for my CPAP was amazing, very hands on approach to teach you everything on what to do. Tony was wonderful in teaching me everything I needed to know about using the CPAP machine. She answered every question and addressed every concern I had. Thank you so much!
