The office and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with the questions I asked. My CPAP is just over a year old and stopped working correctly. I brought the machine to them and they tried to fix it. When the machine could not be fixed I was given a new one, instead of having to buy another one.

When I had a problem with my CPAP machine, a representative spoke with me to diagnose the problem. It was decided I needed a new machine, so an appointment was made, and I was in and out with my new machine in about 10 minutes. Very helpful and efficient.
