Ordering is very easy, billing is a nightmare. They lied to me when I ordered, confirming the amount that I needed to pay, then sent multiple other bills following the single order I made. Everyone that I chat with seems to have just woken up, they don't really speak english or understand anything about insurance. You'll want to look for another place to order from.

Lots of unexpected billing issues well after services rendered. Difficult to get ahold of employees; they are unorganized and lack communication skills. I will NEVER do any business with this company again. Get it together!

They told me that I didn't have to be home for it. So I had to wait for 1 more day. The first thing they said that the script was missing that they didn't get, well I called and went to the office and they sent it. I went 12:30 pm on Monday, you call on Wednesday saying that the script was missing. Why wouldn't you call the office where I went. I would have gone somewhere else if I had my script. If anybody in my family gets hurt I will be going somewhere else. I will not shop local.

My mother has Humana insurance, and unfortunately, we have no choice but to use AdaptHealth for her durable medical equipment (DME) needs. I wish I could give this company zero stars, but one star is the lowest rating available. Trying to reach a live person is nearly impossible. Phone calls are not returned, no matter how many messages are left. My mother's physician submitted an order for her DME equipment on June 26, and as of July 9, nothing has been delivered, nor has anyone from the company provided an update. When I was finally able to reach someone to inquire about the status of the order and requested to speak with a supervisor, I was assured that I would receive a return call. Unsurprisingly, that call never came. My heart goes out to the elderly individuals who do not have a family member or advocate to help them navigate this process. I can only imagine how many patients are falling through the cracks because of AdaptHealth's lack of communication and follow-through. Delays in providing medically necessary equipment can have serious consequences, and the level of customer service and accountability I have experienced is beyond deeply disappointing.

They are very deceptive on their billing. Be careful read the fine print to make matters worse. The products are garbage don’t waste your money.

My ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet CPAP Machine does not correctly connect to the breathing tube. It disconnects easily. I am a retired manufacturing engineer. The hose connection is worthless. I am going to contact the Consumer Product Safety Commission. I may contact local TV and see if they want to cover this fraud.

I wish there were options for negative stars! This company has been awful to deal with since day 1. I finally found an alternative and could not make the switch quick enough! The customer service is horrid, and I am happy to be leaving!
