It was very easy to e-file forms, once they were ready. However, for the forms that were rejected by IRS and needed correction, i had to go into each form and correct one and the same thing in Payee field, rather than correcting it at once for all forms.

The whole process was very easy, however I found hard to submit each recipient.

Fairly straight forward to complete the task. Wish there were actual people to talk to when stuck. Don't like that I had to "pre-buy" the services. Don't understand why I couldn't check out as services were completed.

My 1099s were filed in a timely manner. Customer service was responsive when I had a question.

The system works well when it is not overloaded. There were a few times that it would work very slow. It also was a little frustrating when the system was overworked and things would print incorrectly even though it was correct in the system. Overall, very satisfied, just hope that it can handle it better next year when more people are using it :)

Adams Tax Forms Helper has been an absolute lifesaver for our year-end tax filings. The product itself—from the clear dashboard and form creation process to the e-filing submission—is reliable, straightforward, and makes managing W-2s and 1099s much less stressful. We appreciate the ability to save recipient info year-over-year; that feature alone saves us a ton of time. However, the current Quickbooks Online (QBO) integration for importing recipient data is still the weak link in the chain. While it connects and pulls data, the filtering and the overall interrogation of the data could be more robust. I often have to run a separate 1099 report in QuickBooks first to verify everything before importing, just to make sure I catch any outliers or improperly tagged vendors. I'm really looking forward to a future update that makes the QBO import process even smoother—perhaps with better mapping tools or more detailed logging of skipped records within the Adams interface. Keep up the great work on the forms themselves, and focusing on this integration upgrade would make the platform truly five-star!

Very convenient and easy to use. I have used this product for years and I especially like the service they offer to print and mail the forms themselves. I would like to be able to access my account in October when I have to file my personal taxes that are on extension, so I do not like the fact they have down times where youc annot access your account around October.
