Your customer service is non existent. I have been trying to correct the payer information because your soft ware transposed the filer information with the payer information. I did not notice it till after the fact and now I cannot make any changes to the payer despite the fact the the payer name and state is incorrect. I keep getting a message that I cannot change the payer information. I have been using adams tax forms for years and never had an issue. Your current software is full of glitches and it is causing me a gigantic headache . Rest assured you have lost a long term customer.

2 complaints: This program has awkward website structure. There are no drop down menus to indicate which tab allows what. My office is located in Idaho. This product is supposed to efile in both Massachusetts and in Oregon. I have clients in both of those states for whom I file 1099s. The program would not allow state efiling. I will not use this program again.

Adams forms software is very difficult and time consuming to use. Expensive also. First there's the forms, then they charge for each efile, recommend confiriming TIN, for a small fee of course, IMPOSSIBLE to get aligned, I physicall wrote out several W-2's. If their goal is make you have to buy more forms, they have suceeded only in that. Figure out another way,

This was my first time to purchase this product and I will never use it again. It is NOT user-friendly and there are not good explanations on how to use it. Printing was difficult. Each form was challenging to align. I did not understand the information about how Adams would eFile my forms AT ALL.

Bought it to comply with new IRS rule to e-file 10 or more forms for 2024 tax I agree with ALL of the above complaints Not a user friendly software , not easy to navigate ( although the help links are helpful after wasting hours trying to register. Took my credit card payment twice even though error message said could not put transaction thru due to address error. Chat customer support is mostly useless and gives you links back to the online help . I think they are working on multiple chats simultaneously. I had to correct an error after filing but nowhere does it say that you can only correct AFTER IRS accepts forms. Hours spent on that . Log in issues, slow validation, did not accept importing employee info from my Excel file. I could go on and on . Stay away from this . Just a poorly designed software . Oh … one more thing ..their support on line email which I pressed the link to get my refund was returned as an invalid email address !!!

Their form 1099-NEC does not print correctly. it is supposed to print the info in triplicate for each page. Sadly, only the top third prints. Customer Service (Elsa), has no clue. Won't refer me to her supervisor as I have asked her to do after sending her many screenshots per her request. Too many hours for nothing. Returning this product. I recommend you don't purchase it saving you time, and energy for having to return it when you too can't get it to work.

I have purchased three types of forms form Staples to use with Adams software. I agree that they "fixed" a product that was easy to use into an very hard to use product that is super slow. The worst is that every one of the three products had a bad access code. I wasted hours trying to get one fixed with their chat system. I am trying to get the other two fixed now.

The product in the package was not what the wrapper said I was buying. Their customer support was, of course, of zero help. I'll return it. A complete waste of my time.
