Adams Tax Forms are wonderful to use during tax season in preparing a few W-2/W-3's and 1099's that I need to do for my small business clients. I can save the information year to year and just update the addresses and amounts. It is very inexpensive and makes my job much easier. I love that they electronically send the forms off to the IRS too. Saves me postage and I am sure they have arrived.

I also am thrilled that the information from a previous year transfers over seamlessly so you have previous employers and employees information handy and can add or delete as necessary. The customer service I received was helpful and courteous. One note about using the chat box, sometimes if you contact Adams Tax forms later in the day there is a delay in receiving a timely response. It might be the next day but they will contact you.

I have used Adams Tax Forms Helper for my company's 1099/1096 for several years. I am happy with the ease of use, made especially simple with the information carried forward from year to year. The electronical transmittal of all the forms is a huge time saver. The cost is very reasonable.

We have been using Adams for several years now. It is a great tool since you only have to add or modify from the previous years data and that is easier on the process. I also love using Adams because you can add the service that Adams would send out to our vendors too. I would only suggest to add the customer service back, that would help a lot since we do this only once a year and sometimes we forgot how. Thank you!
