Gipped and shipped …
I was disappointed that a clutch pedal stopper costing a little over thirteen dollars, and weighing a few ounces would cost over thirteen dollars shipping. Shipping cost more than the part.

It was the wrong part
It was the wrong part. I need the door handle base for the driver's side door on a 2001 RL and I got a rear driver's side door handle base

The right item in good condition and on time
I ordered a passenger side rear view mirror for an old car. My order was immediately acknowledged and confirmed after about a day once the availability of the mirror was verified. It arrived well packed and in perfect condition a few days later. Given the almost 20 year age of the car, there was a $10 surcharge which was disclosed up front. It was an excellent experience.
