Almost Perfect
Acuity has been awesome and meets a good 80-85% of the needs for the photo studio. Some small changes to add-ons and integration with other space management services would be huge.

I love acuity
I love acuity, only improvement I have is to ask for birthdays and to have an app for clients signing up for classes

Challenging to change appointments

This software is user friendly and easy…
This software is user friendly and easy to manage. The only problem is that I am in a business where I have a business service that lasts days (retreats) and it does not let you handle those services as easily. If this can be looked at and hopefully an option in the future, it would be a perfect 5 stars for me.

The best scheduler
Have been using acuity for my beauty business for 7 years. If I had to choose just 1 piece of tech to run my business it would be this scheduler.

It’s an easy platform to use
It’s an easy platform to use. I would love it if the calendar had more usability in terms of updating classes, like being able to look at calendar view, see a booking and delete, move or edit it straight from there, particularly on the app!

It logs me out every minute
It logs me out every minute - and now clients are not receiving text reminders. And with myself and one other employee I have to swipe right to actually see our whole day and it's very problematic.
