The only thing I don’t like and I…Clara salon
The only thing I don’t like and I cannot talk to a person everything that’s true email but they respond what I need but so far I need to talk to someone. I need to change my phone number and I’m not able to so I want to know what I need to do

why is it so impossible to TALK to…
why is it so impossible to TALK to someone???? I feel like nothing was accomplished with back and forth emails AND questions that were asked, you already knew the answers...good thing because I could remember. Too many exchanges, too much time, just because each time I thought I was done I had to stop in the middle of my day to answer more questions instead of working at my job.

Acuity mostly does what it's supposed to do, but the interface is very confusing.

A little overpriced for capability and…
A little overpriced for capability and mobile use. Not good for appointments in different locations or online businesses.

I am having difficulty synchronizing…
I am having difficulty synchronizing appointments with the staff's Google Calendar for a new Acuity calendar & appointment. In April, I couldn't get a Zoom link integrated with the appointment, and it was finally done after several emails by an Acuity support in the back. However, the initial problem was never resolved, and I have had zero interaction regarding this issue. Now it has come to my attention that the appointments scheduled using this link are not syncing with my staff (Ana & Tina )'s Google calendar. This resulted in double booking, which I am sure you are aware is a big problem. I sent an email on 5/17 and only got a response that on 5/17 at 4:11 pm the request was received. In the meantime, true support has not been provided. This has left us vulnerable to double-scheduling. This issue should have been escalated the moment I was unable to sync new appointments with a Zoom link.

Mostly it’s good
Mostly it’s good. I would like to be able to cancel all appointments as easily as I add them. Same with changing an appointment type or time, etc.
