I only gave one star as there was no option to give less. I have tried to cancel my subscription as not happy with the efficacy of the product. I am now even more concerned, having read the negative reviews on Trustpilot from consumers having similar issues.

I have taken this product since December 1st and it is now Jan 22nd 2026. I have felt so mich better getting off my synethic thyroid pills. I weined myself off the pills cutting back from everyday to every 2 days then 3 and so forth until i stopped. I have had more energy! My hair and nails are healthier and I rest so much better at night. My nerves seem calmer. I love the product. Thank you V Kidd

Bought and used Actora thyroid supplement for over 3 months. Save your money - it doesn’t work!! Update: it has taken from January 2026 until 11th October did Actora to see, read and reply to my comment. That says it all!!

As directed, I reached out to your customer service department, only to be questioned about why I was contacting you in the first place. My concern is that I followed the instructions provided, yet the interaction left me feeling as though I was being asked to justify my outreach rather than receiving the assistance or response I was seeking. If your organization is directing customers to customer service, I would expect your representatives to be aware of the situation and prepared to address the concerns appropriately. Once again, the communication channels provided are inaccurate. This is frustrating and a waste of my time. This company is a scam… They don’t do international returns but yet they ship internationally? Very dismissive, please don't buy anything from them, they should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook.

I was charged for express delivery which I did not request, worst I did not receive my order although I got emails it arrived

This company and product is endorsed by Barbara O'Neil which is why I ordered the thyroid support. I didn't sign on for the subscription because I was still not sure if the product would work..then they sent me two more bottles and charged my credit card. It had only been a couple of weeks since I got the first order which was yesterday. Today, I got two more at 38 bucks a pop. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid future shipments. I would not recommend this company at all.
