There are two ways to buy on the product page, one-time purchase or automatic refills with 25% off, and whichever is on the order is shown again at checkout. Refills aren't forever either. They stop the moment they're cancelled on the account page at actora.shop/account, or you can email [email protected] and we'll do it for you.

Hi Leonard, I'm sorry the deliveries kept coming when they weren't wanted. Sending a package back doesn't cancel anything on our side, because refills only stop when they're switched off on the account page or by an email to [email protected]. That takes a minute, and once it's done nothing more is charged or shipped. If it still needs doing, write to us or call +1 424 252 2212.

Hey Michael, I'm sorry the billing carried on after you'd written in. Any email that lands at [email protected] gets an answer, so yours look to have gone to an address we no longer use. Refills can also be stopped directly on the account page at actora.shop/account, which works the second it's done. If it's still open, call +1 424 252 2212 and we'll finish it on the phone.

One-off and automatic refills are both offered on the product page, with the refill price 25% lower, and whichever is on the order shows again at checkout. On results, the drops build slowly and most of the change comes over two to three months.
