Great company very responsive and helpful

I ordered this, and found it did absolutely NOTHING whatsoever and just tasted like sugar. I cancelled the order by email but was ignored, and had no other way of cancelling. They kept taking payments and ignoring my emails until I eventually had to cancel the card I'd used to stop them taking credit card payments... All of a sudden, they were able to email me to ask if this was a mistake! I told them my situation and said I wanted to return all unopened bottles, and they have never given me a way to do so. THIS COMPANY AND PRODUCT IS 100% SCAM. There is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had an ultra sound of my thyroid in July which showed multiple nodules on both sides of my thyroid gland. I had also been losing hair and was extremely fatigued all of the time. It was also difficult to swallow and made my voice hoarse. I started on Actora thyroid support about a month ago and am impressed with the results. The above complaints are resolving along with new hair growth seen. I am also taking the liver support as the thyroid and liver work together with T3 and T4. I had my endocrinologist appointment last week and my doctor said to continue to use the thyroid support tincture. I also started taking a kelp supplement to increase the iodine in my diet. I am pleased with my progress...especially the newfound energy and hair growth.

My only complaint is that I purchased during a special buy 2 get 2 free but they were 30ml bottles and not 60ml. So one bottle will only last a couple weeks. With that said, I feel great and I’m noticing less brain fog and my shedding has slowed down.

After an error in doubling up my order, I contacted Customer Service who responded immediately to resolve the problem. They were really helpful and offered partial refund on items already sent out after checking if I wanted to keep the order.

I have been using longer then 3 weeks but anyway I have finally come alive again. No more sleeping day in and day out. I NEVER thought I would ever say that again.
