I am definitely noticing a difference using Actora. I had my thyroid removed 15 years ago and have felt pretty awful ever since. I decided to try Actora and have noticed a difference with my energy. I had a problem with my order but got a prompt response from Vanessa. Very polite and dealt with the problem with a email.

This is a scam. You cannot cancel subscriptions, even after emailing them complaining, and doing the online cancellation they continue to take payments. Their contact (bro disappears and the price jumped hugely. I tried to return an order with their money back guarantee and received a bill for a further £90 to return the -reduction. I’ve now reported it as fraudulent to the bank

Refills stop as soon as they're cancelled on the account page at actora.shop/account, and any email sent to [email protected] gets an answer, so yours must have gone to an old address. Not felt any improvements and the company tried to take nearly double the amount of me the nexr month with a subscription i didnt ask for and didnt know about luckily my bank flaggednit as suspicous and blocked the payment my advice STAY AWAY

Refills belong to the 'save 25% with automatic refills' option, which is on the product page beside one-time purchase and shows again at checkout, and they can be cancelled anytime from your account or by email. If you'd like yours stopped or have questions about the amount, write to [email protected] from the address you ordered with and we'll sort it.

The customer service is one if the best one i have dealt with, keeping me updated, emailing me straight back , nothing seemed too much to ask from them , sorted my problem out (which was my mistake) explained everything. Definitely 5 star. Vanessa who dealt with my problem was very professional , as originally it was my mistake that caused the problem, how Vanessa worded her emails back to me , didn't make me feel guilty on causing all the inconvenience
