AcratechReviews of acratech.net

Acratech clearly answers the critical questions "would you buy it again" and "do you trust the company". Definite yes and yes. Myself as an example; investing in 3 ball heads, 2 leveling bases, uncountable base plates, along with a retro clamp base over the years because, the quality and performance exceed expectations (for the price). Expensive = high value and clearly worth it. Add to it, responsive and helpful when asked for assistance plus good turnaround time when I asked for customization. Keep up the good work Acratech.

Great products and excellent customer service

I contacted them to order a lever clamp for my GXP Ball head, and let me know they would service the broken screw clamp of if I just sent it. I ordered the lever clamp anyway, and they sent it as well repairing the screw clamp which I now have as a back up. Really nice company with great customer service, plus a fantastic product! My GXP is better than new.

Quick, easy transaction. Great product.

I have been very happy with the customer attention Acratech gives. I sent an email asking when a product would be back in stock, and got an answer. Then another email the day it was in stock. All products they have provided excellent support answering questions and helping you use their products.
