Very fast delivery. Solid item, can't wait to do some panos with it.

Needed to lighten my tripod overall weight upgrade my Manfrotto MVH500AH which I use for landscape and pano work to the Acratech Panoramic Head. This head is half the weight of the Manfrotto and does not move or sag under the camera and lens weight when locked in place. The workmanship on the head is excellent. When stock became available for this popular head I placed my order and received it 2 days later. Excellent customer service and I am very happy in choosing this head from Acratech.

Staff at Acratech were proactive in reaching out to me when the item I ordered was not immediately available due to Covid-related production delays. We worked together to identify a substitute, which was shipped out and received without delay. And, they promptly refunded the price differential between the two items. The ball head was well made and performed exactly as expected. Well done all around.

Great company and, oh yeah, makers of the best ball heads on the market. I have 3 of them. Over the years I have called the company with questions and always am put through to Scott or his wife. This company should be a model for how to run a small business.

Great Products and easy to order.

Everything that I have gotten from Acratech has been high quality and that is why I continue to buy from them. This time I bought an "L" bracket and a leveling base that is absolutely great for the panoramas I like to shoot. I did a 14 shot pano last weekend that I didn't have to crop at all because it all lined up perfectly! I used the "L" bracket to take tall double stack Milky Way panoramas, to get the entire arch, and it performed as expected. I also used it on two different cameras and the adjustable portion made it very easy to use the cable release on both styles.
