When I was looking for the long lens…
When I was looking for the long lens holder, I liked the design of the web page and the ease and security of ordering. The fast delivery surprised me positively. Enduring quality
There are certain bits of gear worth investing in. A body (obviously,) great glass, and i would argue a fantastic ball head falls into this category. The acratech gxp hits that mark. It more than meets my needs today and I expect I'll say the same thing 5 years from now. It's both bombproof and light. The movement is super smooth. Overall the quality is outstanding... every tolerance is tight / precise. And the ability to clean the ball / mechanics puts this over the edge. We'll done!

I've used the head for about a month…
I've used the head for about a month and have totally enjoyed the quality and precision of the build. If we can ever travel again, I hope to take it on a month-long photo vacation.

Plates for Nikon D850 & D500
Each specific plate fits my Nikon D850 & D500 and Acratech ball heads perfectly. The anterior lip prevents rotation and adds stability. Great plates for a fair price.
