This lender is a joke!! Not only the worst communication I've dealt with as a Realtor but it got to a day before the close of escrow and they threw in items that should if bern handed with weeks prior. My clients moved out of the house Thursday with a close date Friday and Friday the lender completely dropped the ball. We had 3 appraisal s over value one being 100 thousand over the offer and they made an issue disputing the value ending with a broken transaction. Buyer beware.. They will have you homeless if you dont watch out.. Horrible customer service and even worse company!!

ACRA Lending is great to work with—they do everything possible to close deals, even with tight timelines. Jordan is an excellent AE who truly stands out with his fast responses, professionalism, and availability, even after hours. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this lender and their team. Communication is extremely slow — responses typically take 24–48 hours, and when you do get one, it often takes another several hours (or even a day) for management or the president to approve anything. If you’re working on a double closing, save yourself the headache. You’ll be stuck waiting on underwriter or executive approvals while deadlines pass and expenses pile up — sometimes literally waiting in a hotel for the green light to fund.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jordan Agosta and his team-(Bill Dennis). This is my 2nd transaction with them, and I have to tell you, they are top notch. I came across a challenging loan involving a vesting issue. I provided to Jordan what he needed to be sure they can get this loan done for us. They were able to make it happen. In today's world Integrity goes a very long way. Jordan and Bill you both you are Amazing and I cannot wait until the next loan.

Jacob Marolf and his team at ACRA did an AMAZING job getting this file closed. They were able to close quickly and made a couple of exceptions right up front that no other lender would do. This transaction had a few property and customer issues, but Jacob was able to help us get around those issues and get it to the closing table! Everyone was happy!
