I had a fantastic experience refinancing my home. Going into the process, there was a lot I wasn't familiar with, but my loan officer, Kenny, made all the complex information easy to digest. He was exceptionally patient, kind, and always created an open environment where no question felt too small. His communication was outstanding—he responded quickly every time and proactively reached out with helpful reminders whenever I had outstanding tasks, which kept everything moving smoothly on schedule. He truly handled the process from start to finish and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel completely seamless. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to refinance!

I’ve been dealing with this mortgage process for two months, and the closing has been delayed three times because they still don't have the interest rate finalized; it’s all been deception, lies, and poor work—on the part of both the bank and the lender. I do not recommend them.

Ստուգման գործընթացը ընդհանրապես չի աշխատում։ Ես ունեմ վավեր հայկական ID քարտ, և անհրաժեշտ ՀԾՀ-ն ակտիվացված է, սակայն համակարգը չի կարողանում կարդալ ID քարտի տվյալները։ Self-service ստուգումը փորձել եմ անհամար անգամ՝ առնվազն տասը անգամ։ Ամեն անգամ գործընթացը ձախողվում է, քանի որ ID քարտի տվյալները չեն ընթերցվում։ Եթե առաջարկվում է թվային ինքնության ստուգման ծառայություն, այն պետք է նորմալ և հուսալի աշխատի պաշտոնական հայկական ID քարտերի հետ։ Իմ դեպքում self-service տարբերակը լիովին անօգտագործելի է։
