I work with a LOT of AEs, and I can easily say Jordan Agoato at Acra is one of my absolute favorites. He knows Non-QM inside and out and goes way beyond what most AEs do to help get a file across the finish line. He’ll help work through scenarios, troubleshoot issues, and actually stays involved in the file instead of just handing it off once it’s submitted. Most importantly, I trust him. If he tells me Acra can do something, I know he understands the guidelines and has actually thought through the scenario. He’s also probably going to regret how responsive he’s been with me because now I expect it. 😂 He’s available nights and weekends for questions and helping run through scenarios, which we all know is important as this industry doesn’t stop after hours. Richelle Brown is also an amazing Account Manager and Cameron Fisk is always there to help when needed. All in all, the entire team at Acra is amazing and one of my top go to lenders.
