Made It Happen
I was working a Bk Stmt deal for several months with Stephen Salantri and Valerie Shields. There were times when we thought the deal was going south due to some challenging conditions. It wasn't really a pleasant experience, but Stephen and Valerie hung in and pushed and shoved until we got to CTC. I appreciate their efforts !

Acra is good with Pricing
Acra is good with Pricing However,they still have some are of improvements like to have a portal to submit and price also to have open discussion with UW We love to deal with Vince Ramos, this man make the deal happen

Darci and Johnny were amazing
Darci and Johnny were amazing. Docs and funding were very quick. Set up and underwriting were a little slower than I am used to.

The mortgage industry has always been very stressful, today's market its desperate. Having a Rep who is very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding of not only the program guidelines but of our very cautious borrowers'. They make themselves available, they are friendly...and hopefully with a sense of humor!
