I mostly dealt with Ky and Percy. They are so amazing and quick to revert back on any request. Acquire is small and personal. They want all parties to win - buyer and seller. Definitely recommend them to anyone who is trying to list their business for sale.

Thanks Nishkam — really appreciate the kind words.
Ky and Percy care a lot about making sure both buyers and sellers have a great experience, so it’s great to hear that came through during your process. We try to keep things personal and responsive while helping both sides reach a great outcome.
Thanks again for the recommendation.

Exactly the kind of guidance you want during an exit
Working with Ky and the Acquire team was one of the most important decisions I made during the sale of my agency.
From the very first conversations, Ky brought clarity to a process that felt overwhelming and emotionally loaded. He helped me think clearly about positioning, timing, and buyer fit rather than just chasing the highest number. That framing alone changed how I approached the entire sale.
What stood out most was how practical and steady the support was throughout the process. The Acquire team did not just help with introductions; they helped pressure-test offers, navigate buyer conversations, and stay grounded when emotions or uncertainty crept in. When things got complex, their guidance stayed calm and objective, which is exactly what you need in a transaction like this.
Selling a business is not just a financial event; it is personal. Ky understood that and met me where I was while still pushing me to make disciplined decisions. I never felt rushed or sold to; I felt supported and well advised.
If you are a founder considering an exit and want experienced guidance without fluff, I would strongly recommend Ky and the Acquire team. They helped me get to a clean close with confidence and peace of mind.

Newton — thank you for such a thoughtful review.
Selling a company is a big moment for any founder, and we’re glad Ky and the team could help guide you through the process. A lot of what we try to do is bring clarity and calm to what can otherwise feel overwhelming.
Really appreciate you trusting Acquire with such an important decision, and congratulations again on your exit.

On the fence? Read this Review
I had known about Acquire.com for a long time and always thought, this is a marketplace that actually does things the right way. That said, based on the size of companies I typically build, I assumed it was more geared toward micro-acquisitions and not really a fit for me.
With my most recent exit, I decided to take a chance and list anyway, and man... I’m extremely glad I did.
We listed in May 2025 and were quickly introduced to Ky, one of Acquire’s senior advisors. Early on, things moved fast: strong interest, nearly a dozen offers, and real momentum. We ultimately selected an offer that required SBA financing, and from there, almost everything that could go wrong did.
This was my third acquisition, and despite having been through the process before, this one tested me in ways I didn’t expect. SBA deals are brutal, delays compound, and setbacks become mentally exhausting very quickly. What no one really talks about is how emotionally taxing that stretch can be for founders.
The constant throughout all of it was Ky.
Professionally, he was exactly what you’d hope for: keeping the deal alive when things stalled, pushing through obstacles, and making sure momentum never fully died. But what truly set him apart was how personally invested he was in my well-being. He didn’t just “do his job.” He showed up like a brother or a close friend would. He called on weekends, checked in late at night, making sure I was okay mentally and emotionally, and helped me talk through the stress when things felt overwhelming.
That level of care is rare. And it’s priceless.
I’ve seen a handful of one-star reviews mentioning that Acquire is “expensive.” I couldn’t disagree more. When you factor in not just execution, but advocacy, emotional support, and someone genuinely having your back through one of the most stressful events a founder can go through, the value is undeniable.
I give Acquire.com my highest recommendation and will be referring founders of all company sizes without hesitation. This was a hard deal, but it would have been far harder without them.
Truly the best acquisition platform I’ve ever worked with.

Jordan, this means a lot. Thank you for trusting us with such an important (and exhausting) process and for sharing this so honestly.
Ky truly cares about founders, not just the deal, and I’m really proud of how he showed up for you when things got hard. SBA deals can be brutal, and your perspective on the emotional side of it is spot on.
Huge congrats on the exit, and thank you for the kind words and referrals. It was an honor to be in your corner.

Better than the others by far.
I had listed my app on other platforms but got very little inbound interest. On my first day I got more inbound interest than I had on the other platforms in 4 months.
Onboarding was super easy and simple to use and I chatted with lots of serious buyers. The other platforms really aren't anywhere near as good from a pure product and marketplace perspective. Support team was super responsive and I sold for a price me and the buyer were happy with.
Bravo Acquire.com!

Love hearing this, Bryce. That first-day inbound difference is exactly what we aim for. Appreciate you giving us a shot and trusting the process. Huge congrats on the sale, and thanks for the kind words about the product and team.

I had a really bad experience with Acquire.com.
I listed my app for sale and received plenty of “interest,” but almost none of it was serious. Many buyers asked questions, showed excitement, and then completely disappeared. It felt like a marketplace full of window-shoppers rather than real buyers with intent or budget.
What made the experience worse is that despite not selling my app, I was still expected to deal with fees and friction around the process. As a seller, you invest time, share sensitive information, and engage in long conversations — only to end up with nothing.
There seems to be very little qualification or filtering of buyers, which wastes sellers’ time and creates false hope. Overall, it was frustrating, unproductive, and not worth the effort.
I would not recommend Acquire.com to founders unless they are prepared for a lot of noise and very few real outcomes.
Response from Acquire.comJan 19, 2026
Furkan — thanks for the honest feedback. I’m sorry the experience was frustrating.
You’re right that not all buyer interest turns into real execution, and that can feel like noise when you’ve invested real time and energy. We’re actively working on improving buyer qualification and reducing that friction, but it’s not perfect yet.
For many founders Acquire works extremely well. In your case, it didn’t — and that matters to me.
If you’re open to it, email me and I’ll personally take a look at your listing or share ways to reduce noise if you ever revisit a sale.
