Do not list your SaaS business on Acquire unless you are comfortable with the possibility of others copying it. In my experience, the platform can feel less like a serious acquisition marketplace and more like a place where people browse proven business models and think, “Great idea. I’ll build the same thing and make it free.” If your business model is valuable, be careful about exposing too much of it there.

Sellers control what they share, and buyers must be vetted before gaining access to more detailed business information. That said, we understand your concern. Building a business takes years of hard work, and founders should always be thoughtful about what they choose to disclose publicly.
