Acquire.com is a great place to sell and buy businesses. I have been on both ends and they have both been an incredible experience!

The flexibility and conscientiousness displayed by the Acquire Team through the entire process is commendable. As first-time entrepreneurs with limited experience in this domain, they made the whole process a seamless one.

I found their interface to be easy to navigate. Their M&A team was helpful in the acquisition process, providing advice and assistance from start to finish. I appreciated how quickly they followed up via email on issues, and I would recommend them to those who are looking to make an acquisition and are looking for a reliable marketplace.

Only company I contacted through support email which responded within the hour to my inquiry and resolved it as well without some redundant AI responses. Shout out to Andrew Titus.

The Service doesnt offer monthly subscription and if I had to cancel after 30 days there is no provision, waste of money for whole year. Poor customer exp too!
Response from Acquire.comSep 8, 2026
Hey Ted, appreciate the feedback. We moved away from monthly plans because buying or selling a business often takes longer than 30 days, but I completely understand that an annual plan isn’t the right fit for everyone. Sorry to hear the experience fell short here and we’ll keep the feedback in mind as we continue improving Acquire.

Straight forward customer experience that got straight to the point and fix an issue that some other companies make a big deal. I'm not going to go into specifics about it, but it involved a payment and was quickly fixed. Beyond that, the site functioned as designed and had alot of value within. I appricite companies like this that are straight forward, easy to work with, and don't take advantage of people when they can. I'll be back when the time is right. Harold was great.

Thanks Nick! Really appreciate you taking the time to write this. Glad Harold was able to get everything sorted out quickly and make the process easy. I’ll make sure he sees the shoutout too. Hope to see you back when the time is right!
