I have received my order. There was a fairly long five day delay between when I received the Release notification on Jan 8th and the Shipping notification on Jan 13th. ACP is usually much quicker with their shipping. Also, as an international customer I would strongly prefer to have the carrier option of USPS. Fedex ground is very expensive for small orders and they add an additional brokerage/customs clearance fee on top of the shipping charge paid through ACP. USPS does not charge this fee.

Really great customer service, always willing to work with the customer. And as always they make wonderful products

FIRST OF ALL IT TOOK 5 DAYS JUST TO GET MY ORDER TO THE SHIPPERS.. THAN THE USPS DID NOT DELIVER MY ORDER YET.. THE ORDER WAS PUT IN ON THE 7TH OF THIS MONTH AND NO DELIVERY YET.. THIS COMPANY IS IN CALIFORNIA AND I AM IN VEGAS, BUT THEY MAIL TO DENVER CO. WHERE IS THE LAST PLACE THAT HAD MY ORDER.. IT SUPPOSED TO HAVE SHIPPED ON THE 14TH, BUT NOBODY KNOWS TO WHERE.. THAT IS THE LAST PLACE THAT I KNOW WHO HAD IT LAST.. EVERY THING IS SCREWED UP AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO???? PAYMENT YEAH RETURN IT TO ME BECAUSE YOU OWE ME!!!!

As always price and product availability were better then any competitor that actually stocked what I was looking for. Only 'negative' is the shipping department super ultra secured the shipping tube ends, forcing me to saw off an end to get in.
