The fiberglass purchased appears to be completely devoid of any fiber.

Shipping was very expensive. It cost almost as much as the order price to ship a dozen 20" sticks of plastic.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you had a frustrating shipping experience. I wanted to address your concern about the shipping cost, shipping is calculated based on the package price shape, size, weight and insurance. The Quick Lock Seal ship in a tube and UPS charges additional fees for any package that is shipped in any cylindrical-like item. Their rates are also higher for residential shipping. You can see and review the additional fees from UPS at: https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/shipping-support/shipping-dimensions-weight/avoid-additional-shipping-fees.page Again, thank you for your continued business with us. If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact us at (925) 443-5900.

ACP should tighten up its quality assurance. My small piece of carbon fiber layup should have been a rectangle with 90º corners. As delivered, one short side was about 1/8" longer than the other. I needed to square up the piece before it could be used. A hasty or unwary user could have had serious fit problems assuming that all dimensions were correct.

The product is what I expected and I would rate the product a 5. But I sent an e-mail asking some questions and have not heard back. I have some questions on ordering additional supplies and need some more info on best ways to paint/finish your products. Thank you - Mark
