I gave it a 4 star rating because I had a hard time getting in touch with someone in order to place an order. Once someone finally reached out to me she was helpful and we were able to place the order, however we place a note regarding the shipping method, we wanted to pay to have it shipped faster. Since the online system is not working properly this note area was the only way to communicate such request. No one ever acknowledge our note. The product that we ordered worked amazingly

The tolerance of the tubes I ordered is excellent, and when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing it was easy to cancel. The order was canceled before it shipped so I wasn't charged anything. The only thing I found confusing was that the internal diameter and external diameter were not in a consistent order between different products. If I need any more precision engineered tubing this is where I'll be getting it.

Fast and accurate. I could not give it 5 stars because of the price. It has doubled since my last order.

The product is outstanding - 5 stars. A star is lost for shipping. While what I ordered has a length of 8', it was sent in a tube with a length of 6'. The product was loose and exposed. I do not know why a second tube was not cut as a cap and taped at the joint. Thankfully the shippers took extra care and the product arrived in perfect order.

I think the user experiencewith the website could be approved. Otherwise, the pricing and quick service were great
