Order was completed as expected

I ordered and received exactly what I wanted. It came well packed. I only needed 10 inches of the 48" tube, and the shipping was more than the cost of the CF tube, but it was what I needed so it filled the bill, and I just put the rest into my stock of spare parts. The CF tube looks very nice and straight, and it is strong enough to be a torque tube on my new airplane and keep the wings from folding. Thanks a bunch.

Quality product; fast shipping; reasonable price! I'm happy!

ACP should tighten up its quality assurance. My small piece of carbon fiber layup should have been a rectangle with 90º corners. As delivered, one short side was about 1/8" longer than the other. I needed to square up the piece before it could be used. A hasty or unwary user could have had serious fit problems assuming that all dimensions were correct.

Great customer service! Online ordering was very easy, ACP contacted me before shipping my order to clear up a question I submitted with my order.

Rods were a bit thinner than expected but that is an error on my part. They are high quality and will work well.

Resolved an order issue real fast.

ACP did a great job getting me the samples quickly.
