Terraform 7 air conditioner. I purchased this unit in April 2025. It worked great for two weeks and then displayed error code 6! and stopped emitting cool air. I reached out to AC Infinity customer support and they had me send the unit back for a warranty replacement. The whole process took a week or so. I am currently awaiting the replacement unit.

Well how can i be decent about this.. so i ordered my packages on the 22nd.. because of having sum credit with AC Infinity, i couldn't use the 420 discount codes? Ok i was fine because i was able to order myself a new fan ,and autopots.. well now its the 1st. Of may and i got an email saying my shipment was lost .. yes lost.. ive never been told that but ok.. so im aggravated because im a grower, i needed these products, also i think because of alm the crap ive had to wait on ,and for.. plus not getting to use the 420 discount during the 420 promotion thats false advertising, i tried ordering a controller with my new fan.. i couldn't because i was told over the phone a bunch of crap.. also wanted the 7gal frabric pots.. nope.. now my package is lost after waiting since the 22nd tracking it everyday.. im not happy and very unsatisfied with my personal experience..

Vanessa helped me with every step to replace my light. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Super responsive too. If I could give more stars I would.

I am truly surprised with how great customer service is for Ac Infinity, the attention given to every issue I communicated with them was great. All issued were resolved easily and on a timely manner and they even took the time to go back and confirm information to make sure everything was correct :)

I tried to use your sent form to give my information but it doesn't work! Doesn't UPDATE!!! The new item I received seems to have issues with it's 3 bar button. IT sticks and then moves ahead with great speed beyond where I want it to be. And sometimes it doesn't work at all. I sent the code for this new item to you earlier so you know which item you sent me, but I do not have the box for the old item and therefore cannot I've you the code from the bottom of that box that I sent back.

the through-wall fan is amazing, super quiet, lots of control over how it runs, keeps my hot and cold old-school 3rd-floor closets totally vented and evenly heated. also got the register boost fan for another closet with a very narrow space to vent, works great.
