This is by far the best customer service experience I have ever experienced. You guys do a fantastic job with a fast and easy process for resolving warranty problems. I will definitely be doing business with ac infinity again because you stand by your products.

Not satisfied. They usually have excellent customer service. They frame on Evo 4 is slowly falling apart. I cap fall off the light and wires were exposed. So I asked for a replacement light because my light was still under warranty. They only sent my another cap. I'm also been a customer for years.

I had to rate this company a 1 based on their incredibly shallow, terrible customer service. They had a version of their grow tent series in the form of a kit with all of the accessories needed. The kit was listed as "sold out." Yet, all of the individual pieces for the kit were available to order. I really needed the items, so I went ahead and ordered. Less than 24 hours later the kit version was listed back in stock on their website. I paid more by piecing the items together and didn't get a handful of items that come with the kit, mostly a 6" oscilating fan. When I brought this matter to their attention and asked if they would honor the kit pricing and/ or send me the fan, they absolutely refused citing "economic conditions." All I wanted was the same price that everyone else was paying for the same items, but they can't afford to honor that for one guy because of economic conditions, but you can sell it to everyone else at that price? What a lie! I literally just spent $2000 getting a larger version of their tent and accessories, and this is how they treat me. The ridiculous excuses are what really upset me. They'll give everything from lights, tents, and their air conditioners to influencers on YouTube to get cheap marketing, but they won't do right by a customer who spent $2000. Nick and Alex at AC Infinity are terrible representatives for this company. I'll use my reward points to get your fan for free, and then I'll purchase from a US owned company going forward. I do not recommend any products from this company if it's in any way important to you that a company is loyal to you as you are to them.

Great company!!! Great products!!! Had a issue with a tent fan and they replaced it with no big issues. They had them shipped out and delivered fast! Would recommend this product to everyone!!!

This is a company ran like a kids business, they can hold your money and not ship your products till they get to it or just don’t care. This company held the items I bought on there ac infinity page and told me I had to provide who I am with driver license and the card I used on a e-mail. Then the small business won’t answer phone calls either. Very poor company with terrible customer experience. Do not buy from this company. I warned you!!
