My experience with Alex in customer service was a reflection of the vibe I get from AC Infinity. Alex listened intently and took action that was above and beyond my expectations. With a gentle character and thoughtful responses Alex provided the best customer service I have ever experienced so far. That man has made me a spokesman for AC Infinity and the product line. These are real people looking to solve their fellow mans problems.

AC Infinity is just the best. Great quality and great service. Recently, I had a Thermoforge that conked out on me. It was a little bit outside the 2-year warranty but they were willing to make an exception and get a replacement sent out. These guys are the best!

Hassle free support is on the website, that statement is a joke! My issue is still not resolved and from the looks of things the item I returned is lost.
