When I originally ordered it said that I would receive an email shortly with shipping information, I never did. This caused me to wonder if my order went through, but I decided to wait a couple of days to see what happened Two days later I received my "shipping email" as stated, and after checking that link, it advised that my package had been delivered. A little nervous at first, but free shipping that arrived in two days made for a great buy. I would definitely use the site again if I needed something else.

I bought a product and it was not delivered in a timely manner or so I thought. I emailed Mike and voiced my concerns. Honestly, I was a jackass to him. He didn't deserve it and I totally jumped to conclusions I should have not made. Mike responded to me very quickly and professionally. Great company, great products, and they will continue to receive my business.

My daughter needed ankle braces before her volleyball tournament on Sunday, 3/24 . Went on the web and googled ankle braces which led me to Achilles Medical. Like what I read, "Free shipping, always in stock, same day shipping. The price you see is what you pay, no hidden charges, no account creation needed." I placed the order on Thursday, 3/21, morning 9:39 CDT. I received the braces on Saturday, 3/23, in California via USPS. I would recommend Achilles Medical to others and use them again. Thanks

My doctor had informed me that I should have an ankle brace (post surgery/casts/walking boots) for those times I would need the extra support. He had them in the office and when I went to check out, they told me it was $148. I had owned this brace long ago and couldn't believe it was that expensive. So, I took a picture with my phone and came home and searched online. Sure enough, I found it on Achilles Medical for a fraction of the cost! I saved $100 by shopping it online and purchasing with this company. I ordered it immediately and got it within a few days. I love it when business happens just as it is promised and the quality of the product has not been jeopardized. Good job you guys!
