Ich habe mir das Acemagic RX16 bestellt und kann nur Gutes berichten. Der Versand war richtig schnell (3 Werktage); Schneller als angegeben und das Laptop funktioniert einwandfrei. Es gab keinerlei Malware (es wurde einige Male davon berichtet) und die Systemkomponenten entsprechen denen, die auch beschrieben wurden. Kurzum, eine sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Last November, my now 17yr old daughter asked me to buy her an AceMagic AX160Pro laptop, to use for both school and gaming. After reading a few reviews & watching a couple positive Youtube reviews, I made the purchase, deciding it was a lot of power for the price ($439 Black Friday sale price). The speed and array of features is impressive, and she used it every day since Thanksgiving. Now for the problem, and how it was resolved. One day she heard a loud popping sound, and the AX16Pro went dead. A quick test of the power adapter showed normal voltage, so most likely a power supply component had failed. I had purchased it via Newegg.com, where AceMagic maintains a store site. I first used Newegg agent chat, who were helpful and contacted AceMagic on my behalf. I did not hear back initially, but after about a week received an email from them asking for more details and a short video of the problem. I sent it to them, showing the laptop was now dead, and asked for a replacement (9 months into the warranty). The next day I received a personal email back from a customer service tech, providing me with an address to ship the failed unit, which I did. The same day they received it, they shipped a replacement brand new unit from Newegg in CA, shipping at their expense. I received it today, and my daughter is delighted to have a brand new replacement! No arguments or challenges on the failure, and once they received my broken unit, the new one shipped. Can't argue with that. I bought a 2nd one for myself at Christmas, and that is working fine. I upgraded the standard 512GB SSD to a WD 2TB drive, and upgraded the 16GB RAM to 32GB. It was very easy to access and a 5 minute project (both the ram and SSD are directly beneath the cover). It takes longer to remove and replace the cover than to make the upgrades!

I got the ACEMAGIC VISTA V1 with the N150 chip, and I’m honestly impressed. It's super compact and runs all my daily tasks like browsing, streaming, and light work with no issues. Great value for the price!

I recently bought an Acemagic F3A, and it arrived super fast. I really like its design, easy to take apart. The AI processor handles all sorts of tasks smoothly, no lag so far. Played some light games, and it performs great. Overall, it’s a solid deal for the price. Really happy with it, and I hope Acemagic keeps up the good work!

I purchased a Tank 03, this PC really works surprisingly well, they use double packaging, I received it without any breakage, my friend likes him very much.

Received my mini pc from acemagic yesterday about a week before I expected it. I am very impressed with the build quality both inside and out it is very well finished and a quality product.i had no problems setting up windows and am now enjoying using it I hope for many years to come

We use this compact computer in the family room for movies and TV. It works well, is priced great, and can even handle a bit of Minecraft and Ninja Turtles.
