Bad quality product, this PC is very difficult to move. I contacted the customer service for the return and no attention, they answered after 3 days and they ask me all kinds of explanations why I want to return it. After I answer them, I have no an answer. I called that phone number on their website and it is not valid. Everything is fake. I will have to report this website which is not legal because they do not have the real contact details which in Germany are requested. Beware of buying anything from here...

Ich kann hier nur jedem abraten vom Kauf. Der Service der Firma Acemagic ist eine Frechheit. Leider habe ich dort direkt im Shop bestellt. Laut HP kann man den MiniPC ohne Angabe von Gründen innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurück schicken. Schön wärs dem ist aber nicht so. Nach vielen hin und her schreiben, sollte ich dann den PC in die USA zurück schicken. Auf eigene Kosten. bei DHL 47 Euro. Eine Frechheit. Ich habe den PC in ihrem deutschen Shop bestellt und er wurde auch aus einem deutschen lager ausgeliefert. Jetzt soll er in die USA zurück. Gehts noch. Ich glaube das ist alls Schikane von ACE. Ich werde jetzt PayPal einschalten zur Not auch einen Anwalt. Eine Rechnung mit ausgewiesener Mehrwertsteuer gibt es auch nicht. Da aus Deutschland versand, wären sie gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet. Sie betrügen also auch noch das Finanzamt. Absolut illegal was diese Firma hier macht. Eine Mail an die Verbraucherzentrale und auch ans Fianazamt sind verschickt. Nie wieder werde ich von dieser Firma irgendetwas kaufen und werde wo ich kann davon abraten. Hätte ich nur besser vorher hier mal die Bewertungen gelesen. Man lernt nie aus

Vorweg: die Geräte von Acemagic sind - unter Berücksichtigung des Preises - in Ordnung. Ich habe mehrere davon im Einsatz. Da gibt es nicht viel zu kritisieren. Warum also meine schlechte Bewertung? Wenn ein Unternehmen vollmundig ein uneingeschränktes 30-tägiges Rückgaberecht verspricht, dann aber wenn ein Kunde tatsächlich mal etwas zurückgeben möchte das Thema einfach aussitzt und bis heute, rund 3 Monate nach Bestellung einfach absolut null Reaktion zeigt, ist das einfach nicht akzeptabel. Das hat mit Kundenfreundlichkeit nichts zu tun.

I do my order in 2023 and pay per Paypal. my order still hasn't been shipped. The PC is still available directly on the website with a delivery time of 2 to 4 days. The support now said I should wade for another 2 to 5 days, they would have been stolen....

Low quality machine. System fan stopped working and support stopped responding when asked for a return label. Stay away.

Buyer beware, computers come with some malicious bloatware, refer to the below. Search for articles from Windows Central.

I tried to cancel my order and they were very dodgy. Then when they finally got back to me the order had already shipped. But when I look at my order is says it hasn’t shipped so now I’m sitting hear waiting to get my order so hopefully I can refund but know them They won’t even let me refund it. You’re better off going to there warehouse and asking them directly. Customer service is terrible
