DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! I ordered a refurbished printer for my office. Received an invalid tracking number from UPS, the after few days and after calling customer service they sent me a new Fedex tracking number that seemed valid. Couple days later the package showed as delivered but was never received. I called Fedex and they said that the sender has to report is as missing. I called customer service again reported the issue and never received the printer. They opened the case and I ended up buying a cheaper and a new printer from Staples.

I placed an order on December 2nd which I was immediately charged for. To date I still have not received the order. I have called multiple times to get an order update and was told that there is no order status in the system. My last call to them on Friday,January 3 was to cancel the order and refund my money!!

I was sent the wrong item

I never received my cash register and after months of calling, I was told the register was no longer available. The company never reached out to tell me. It’s been over 5 months and I am still waiting for my refund.

I returned a cash register 2 months ago and have not received my refund yet. I have called numerous times and they say i will be credited in 24 to 48 hours. Nothing happens. I also sent numerous emails and have not received any back. I am furious. Is there any way you can help me. I would not recommend this company to anyone
