Although my payment was taken out of my checking account immediately - it took 3 months and a couple phone calls to actually receive my order. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Very disappointed.

Purchased 1st typewriter, it didn't work. Returned it and was sent another one, which, once again, did not work. Asked for refund. As of yet (Jan. 2020) have not received refund. (Please note: this transaction began in August, 2019). Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered 12 of an item. packing slip said 10 shipped, I was billed for 12. I went back and forth and kept being told the balance was held up in customs but when I contacted Pyramid, the actual manufacturer, they said there was no reason their product would ship from out of the US and that I was being lied to. I tried to resolve this for months with Sam and people and eventually sourced my last 2 elsewhere and have been begging for a refund of my 2 pieces ever since

I'm still waiting for a credit on order 521345. This is ridiculous. i'm still checking on how to give you a terrible review somewhere else on line!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Sent replacement items (because they were out of items I ordered) which were not what I wanted. I requested a return and refund. They are trying to charge a restocking fee (again for an order I didnt want) and I have also been trying to get the reduced refund for 6 months and still have not received any portion.

I ordered an adding machine in December 16th, I got a call on December 19 in regards to sending a refurbished one. I have had to call twice to see where my machine is. I still do not have it, supposedly it is supposed to be here today Jan 06, but I did not get a new tracking number, like the customer service person said I would. I believe they are just blowing smoke up my butt. If it does not come today, I will definately be canceling my order and will never order anything from this company.
