Horrible awful lying customer service. I was told I was getting a return label on a refurbished machine that was not working. It never came and when I called back they asked for the error code. I told them it was already packed and ready to go. They NEVER responded. I unpacked and sent them a video of the machine not even opening. It should have never been sent to anyone.

I ordered an electric typewriter on December 18th. It is now January 15th and the only thing I’ve heard from this company is this survey. I’ve emailed to inquire where my item is, and haven’t gotten a response. I called customer service and hung up after a fifteen minute hold message. This is truly the worst service from any company I’ve dealt with online EVER.

THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND NOT REPUTABLE! THEY RECEIVE RETURNS AND DENY THAT THEY RECEIVED THEM SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO GIVE REFUNDS. THERE ARE 1.000'S OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS ONLINE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I ONLY WISH I CHECKED THEM OUT PRIOR TO ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE IN REFERENCE TO EVERYTHING FROM DEFECTED MERCHANDISE TO NOT GIVING REFUNDS WHEN REFUNDS ARE DUE TO THE INNOCENT CONSUMER!!!

Probably the worst company I’ve dealt with in a long time. The long and short of it is I ordered the correct part out of their website they sent me a replacement they said would work. It was not compatible. They said it was I said no it isn’t I called Royal Tech, and they said it was not compatible after 15 phone calls to this company I finally gave up on them. Stinking Customer service. Oh, and all the time somebody was supposed to call me back they never did.

It's a scam company. Please do NOT EVER buy anything from them. I ordered 2 cash registers in August 2019, until today I still don't receive them. And they refuse to refund my money!

I purchased 2 printers from Ace. Neither one worked. They sent me a third and that didn't work either. They said they would send me the info to return the printers and obtain a refund. They didn't do that either. I probably tried to deal with them on the phone about 10-12 times to deal with the issue. They lied to me over and over. I would never buy anything from Ace again.

Ordered typewriter 10/1/2019 and charged for same. Ace Depot sent tracking information however we never received merchandise. Company rep later acknowledged typewriter was not shipped but was on backorder. Attempted to resolve issue for six weeks and finally issued dispute with card carrier. Ace Depot staff either inept or blatant dishonest as they constantly provided information which was not truthful.

We never received the item since October 2019 let alone a refund. Contacted customer service and also Chris in Admin and I am not getting any response except that his email reply response shows he is still on vacation from New Years and should of returned on the 2nd of January. WHATS THE DEAL!
