Still waiting for my order of 4 weeks ago. I Paid for shipping but wasn't shipped yet. Shouldn't take 6 weeks to ship a order.

I ordered 25 Zippo lighters from the website. they processed my order asap and actually shipped them very fast but when my packaged arrived in the mail i knew something was wrong... they only shipped 3 of the 25 zippos but still charged me the full amount. i thought that maybe because it was a large amount of lighters that they would come in eventually in a different package but after a week i realized that i was getting screwed. i contacted Ace Depot via phone and email, multiple time, i never got one response from the call or email. I've filed a report with the BBB but i not holding my breath for a refund. After reading some of the responses from Ace Depot on this site I'm sure they will lie and say i never contacted them or that they shipped the full order. DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS THEY PROBABLY WILL RIP YOU OFF. They are crooks and should NOT be in business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order for a new cash register they had listed as available on their site. They advised it was not available. I told them that their replacement would be fine as long as it worked like the other one and was new. They sent a damaged refurbished register. They then advised that a new machine was not available. I advised them to refund my money and send a pickup for the machine. They refused and said they could only replace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE OF 2020 Around 3 months ago, I ordered a printer. It took forever to get here! When it finally got here, it was broken and inoperable. When I requested a refund, I was told that a replacement would be shipped. I refused and was told that THAT WAS MY ONLY OPTION! Unbelievable. It took days and weeks to get a response via email and calling on the phone was just as bad. This operation must be run out of somebody's momma's basement and the guy running it is too busy playing Fortnite! The lack of professionalism is nauseating. DO NOT! I REPEAT... DO NOT buy from these guys. It is impossible to have a good experience. The reason I waited this long to review was because I wanted to wait for the replacement to finally arrive. It arrived today in pieces...a laser printer thrown in a box with no packaging to protect it. I'd like to say that I am shocked but this is exactly what I expected. How is it possible that this business is allowed to stay open? Shouldn't the FBI be raiding this place by now?!?! THIS BUSINESS IS A SHAM! YOU WILL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

They took forever to get my order to me and I paid for UPS shipping and it came usps and they never responded to my e-mail about that. I wouldn't buy from them again. I feel like they're a gimmick website.

Do NOT buy ANYTHING from these people. You may try to buy it but you'll never get it. They will give you a tracking number but it's just a number. Repeated calls and promises that someone will call back and they NEVER DO. Just don't bother, there are more reputable companies out there. Save yourself the headache.

Ace depot is a sorry excuse for a company. Thier customers are for the most part liars and illiterate I thought false advertising was illegal Guess anything goes in this day and age. Twice the price anywhere else is a bargain They are RIP off artists Probably pay people to write good reviews. Dont see how they could get one if they treated everyone like they did me Purchased a new item was sent a used item. They think I should spend more money to send it back without return info. And hope this honest company will reimburse me Save your money and heartache. Do not buy from these folks

I should have read reviews before placing an order. I haven't received my order, it states it shipped via USPS, but I paid for UPS 3 day shipping. I can't get a hold of any one from Acedepot.com. You call and wait on hold and no one ever answers. They do not answer emails either. After reading other reviews, Acedepot's response is they've been in business for 27 years and that the customer is trying to defraud them. I now believe they are a fraudulent company and you would be wise to not order from them. I'm afraid I cost our company almost $400 by ordering from them.
