I place my order based on product pictured on website (purch timecard). I matched to the item I was replacing. Picture shows Bi-Weekly timecard, Ace Depot shipped weekly timecard. Called "customer Service" when I received my order and was told they would replace order with correct product and send call tag. Never happened. Called again, and was told that owner would not replace merely due to a incorrect picture on website. Too many alternatives to deal with. AVOID ACE DEPOT. COM

Worst experience ever buyig online
I ordered a paper cutter on July 22. It wasn't shipped until Aug. 8. It didn't arrive until August 16. Then they substituted the item for another paper cutter. I called August 19 and they said they would send a free return shipping label that has never come. Also because my order was under $50, they can charge me a 30% restocking fee. I was told this item isn't made anymore. I checked on their website today and it's still listed.

Ignored
I returned a defective cash counter last July. I was told over the phone several times that our business Visa would be reimbursed within 24 hours. After months of going back and forth Ace Depot simply quit answering/returning my calls and still no return on the Visa.
Very discouraged.

13 Days waiting in the dark!
I ordered from ACEDEPOT.COM on 3/16/2016 at 10:19:53 (Timex T-100 Time Clock + Same day processing $10.00) The website says that shipping is 1-3 days and that you will get an email containing the tracking information once it is processed. It has now been 13days and I have called them asking to get a tracking number (multiple times in last week) I was told only the owner has access to the shipping info due to the fact that it was drop shipped from another company. Make sure to read the reviews, I made the mistake of not doing my home work before ordering. If you are running a business and need something on time I would think twice and to the owner I would like an apology and a refund!

SECOND THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
I wasn't going to review them since it has all been said before. But I have been left with absolutely no choice. For weeks I have been asking for someone to please send me a return label for an item that is not correct in size and still with no results (no return label). At this point it's more about the principle due to very poor customer service. Honestly, I have never dealt with a company that does not follow-up with their customers. I'm really considering contacting the BBB. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Hello Ms. Beale,
Per our conversation on 10/30, we apologize deeply for the mess of a situation you ended up in over a shredder bags you wanted. As mentioned by phone, we would be happy to replace yet again since you got a different color. But since you opted for a return authorization, here are the likely next steps:
As promised, you were sent a pre-paid label within 24 hours.
As the item is returned, you would be refunded in full.
All emails being sent to you and Freddy by myself and customer service keep bouncing back. Is there any alternate fax or email we can send this too? I can send you a copy of the returned email via fax. Can you please allow us another chance to help using a different email or fax?
I spoke with the supervisor about your concerns and about our past reviews, and I wanted to share with you just a glimpse into the other side....
Even with the change in management, and striving daily to monitor our numbers and address customer concerns, not 100% of our orders go perfectly. However, please see some of the details I have provided below…
Please note: All we ask is you take a look at our legitimate reviews which can be viewed here:

FYI: We have been in business for over 23 years with over 400,000 customers with a complaint ration of .001. We stand by all our customers and would do nothing to jeopardize this.
Even still, if you feel Yelp or any other review website is a fair site to review a business that is not in the service-based industry but rather more centrally focused to online retail like Office Depot or Shoplet--please see this: http://yelp-sucks.com/. Furthermore, Yelp tends to attract customers ready to post negative reviews, and it is a fact. We have over 14,000 positive comments, but again there are those who focus on 18 negative reviews. Is that honestly fair?
Other such companies like Trustpilot and BBB require a paid membership to publicly defend ourselves. So even after resolving any issue, the rating still stands and there is NOTHING we can do about it unless we PAY UP. We know we’re not perfect. But, every company in America has negative posts. What determines the value of a company is how that company fixes the issues due to human error, which we strive to do on a daily basis. And to add to that, our positives FAR outweigh our negatives. I hope you can see this!
Here is a prime example:
http://www.consumeraffairs.com/cable_tv/comcast_cable.html
I think you can agree that people normally do not go out of their way to post positives. I believe this is a perfect example as every comment is negative---is Comcast a bad company? No! Do they have millions of customers? YES! Their complaint ration is similar to ours about .0001%.
Regardless, we wouldn’t have such high scores on public marketplaces if we weren’t honoring our word:

Neutral 0% 0% 1% 3%
Negative 4% 3% 2% 3%

What do these mean?
All we ask is to be fair, because when searching for complaints--you will always find them. But what’s important once again, what you do not see, is that every single complaint is resolved and we do everything we can to prevent them in the first place. But we’re always here to help and ready to bend over backwards to serve our customers.
Rest assured, you are in good hands, and you will be refunded. If you have any doubts, questions, or concerns, I am here to help. Thank you for both your time and consideration.

Horrible service!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 items and I got email confirmation that they were shipped but only 1 item was listed. I emailed them to confirm that BOTH items were sent and they responded that they BOTH were. When I received the shipment, they had lied. Only 1 item was sent. I called multiple times for the supervisor who refused to speak to me or return my calls. I finally spoke to the owner who sent the other item. The item, however was damaged and used with stains, dents and scratches. This time the owner was now avoiding me. He happened to answer the phone when I called one day and that's the only way I could reach him. He said he would send me another one. I waited and waited... I then discovered that item has been discontinued. I called and was told I would be refunded. Still no refund. Every time I call, I'm either sent to a voice mail or I'm hung up on. This is ridiculous!

WORST Company ever
I wasn't going to review them since it has all been said before. They sent different item than I ordered then wanted me to pay shipping back plus 25% restocking fee. I only got to talk to 2 individuals in Customer Service after 10 calls that were hung up on immediately and several calls of being on hold for over 15 minutes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

BEWARE, they dont sell what the advertise
We purchased a shredder from Acedepot through Amazon, they advertised a machine and they called to tell us they no longer carried that machine. They promised an upgrade for the inconvenience as they called it; not only did we not get the B161C we ordered, but we got a little 79ci which is way smaller and over $100 less in price. Its been over a month and they are still giving us the run around and wont take the machine back or refund us our money.
Buyers beware, Acedepot is scamming customer and advertising products for sell they don’t carry and they send you cheaper products and keep your money. They are doing this to so many people and I can not believe that AMAZON allows them to do business with them.

Here are the facts. This customer received exactly as ordered, in fact they have received TWO----note they paid for ONE. TO date they have not returned anything.
