I find it quite ironic that you send me this email about your performance when I have sent several emails to your company over the last month to return these items we purchased. The handling of the purchase from the beginning was horrible and now has only gotten worse.

WORST EXPERIENCE. YOU ARE A SCAM. SOLD A BROKEN PRODUCT AND REFUSED TO REFUND. THIEVES

I didn’t get what I ordered.

Orders a specialty paper on Monday for Wednesday delivery after confirmation it was in stock. On Thursday they told me the shipment had "fallen through the cracks" and would be shipped "overnight" for Friday delivery and again confirmed it was in stock. The following Monday they said the item had been discontinued. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered a Sharp cash register. Received the wrong model and was missing several parts. Was supposed to be new but didn't come in a Sharp box so I'm guessing it was refurbished. The paper feed motor does not work and never worked. Have been emailing and calling for 3 weeks trying to return the register. They make excuse after excuse blaming the manufacturer, asking for pictures and videos of the register, you name it. There goal is to frustrate you so much and waste so much of your time that you give up. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with my Credit Card Company. It's now become my mission to get our money refunded and beat them at their own game.

How many Max's and Alex's work at this place? Never ever got a different worker. Took me for $4000 and still no product or no merchandise. Chris said he sent the return labels for items we did not order on 9/24 and it is 10/4 and still nothing! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Not sure how they stayed in business this long. Anyways, please go elsewhere!

Sold us a cash register. Cash register came with major problems that stopped it from working or even opening. Without responding to our emails, they sent UPS to pick it up. Then for THREE MONTHS I had to call them to try to get refunded. They kept telling me "Scott" would put the full amount back on my card, and it kept not appearing. Finally, three months later, I got the refund, but they kept the shipping costs despite telling me the full amount would be refunded and despite them sending me an obviously broken product, and then blaming UPS so they could probably get reimbursed by UPS while also trying to keep my money, while also probably sending it to another customer and running the same scam again, so they could triple-dip on the same broken equipment. SERIOUSLY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY -- THEY ARE DISHONEST THIEVES.

Horrible experience. Ordered a typewriter nearly two months ago. When it finally arrived, it was dirty and did not operate. I have been in email and telephonic contact several times with customer service to return the original item and obtain a replacement. I keep getting the run-around. Promise to resolve in 24-48 hours, but no resolution. Last "resolution" promise was 6 weeks ago.
