DO NOT buy from this company. Your manager or owner was suppose to call me back (no call) because your customer service is horrible and you did not deliver the products I paid for and the 1/2 of the order you sent me was a piece of junk that was broken and not even close to being refurbished .... I would never purchase from this company again.

Said they were senting us 2 cash registers/only sent one and it was used and broken. Had to file with credit card company to get refund. Don't buy from this company unless you want to get taken!!! Buyer beware of this company.

Never received the package ordered, but paid for it.

I ordered a camera case. I received it promptly but not the camera case I ordered. I called the customer service and complained about the received merchandise. I asked for return authorization and a shipping label to return the wrongfully shipped product. I was told that the item I ordered was no longer available even if the Acedepot website says it is in stock (even now) and I was shipped a replacement item. The problem was that the camera case I received was much bigger than the one I ordered and was completely useless to me. Well in few days and another phone call I received an e-mail with return authorization. However it did not contain a return shipping label and said that I would be charged a restocking fee and I would be responsible for return shipping fees. The return policy on Acedepot website stays clearly that the seller will be responsible for shipping fees in case of wrongfully shipped merchandise. And there will not be any restocking fees, either. I called again and was told the same that I would receive a shipping label within 24 hours. I never did. So I called again in few days and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that manager is not in right now but should be available in a hour. I called back in an hour and again there was no manager available. It has been over three weeks and couple of more phone calls since my first call to Acedepot and my issue has not been resolved. At this point I am in a process raising this issues with my credit card company and also sending a complaint to Better Business Bureau. Terrible company and very bad customer service.

Terrible products. Terrible customer service. The only reason that I'm giving 1 star is that I cannot give negative stars.

ACE Depot sucks! They show stuff on line to see, but they do not have the items.

I ordered an HP printer. It was delayed weeks arriving. Their customer service was very hard to contact and did not honestly communicate with me. By the time it came I had purchased another printer and immediately returned theirs. I still have not been credited for the return two months later. I actually reported their business practices to the FBI.

The worst company EVER!
