Order letter openers, didn’t gather new products but Amazon returns.... the stickers were still on the boxes!!! And on top, didn’t gather all the order, even after one month!!! Bunch of CLOWNS at the customers service!

Inventory shipment came from our AMAZON FBA inventory. Nothing was returned. Customer simply received ONE with a damaged power adapter damage due to UPS as they had them shipped to CANADA. Very unfair review.

Never have I had such a poor experience with an online company. On July 08, 2019 I ordered a cash register with two day delivery, the register was now “out of production” and finally an acceptable substitute was offered. Got a credit card alert concerning a 66.00 charge which was suppose to be reversed, never was. Called customer service just about every day because my two day delivery hadn’t happen. I canceled the order and disputed the charge through my card carrier because the 66.00 still had not been reversed because I didn’t trust that I would EVER get my money back. On August 08, 2019 the register arrived and I refused delivery. Credit Card company only approved the original disputed amount , so never got the 66.00 back. Customer Service Department is not customer friendly, they tell you only what they think you want to hear and never call you back.

I ordered a typewriter cover and received what appears to be an oversized shower cap, not a fitted cover as displayed. I got no response to my email to customer service. When I called I was on hold for over eight minutes and just hung up and went back to work. I will try calling again when I have time to waste. Update - they responded with a return authorization code. But not to my request for a refund on shipping both ways. Too bad I couldn't rate them lower than one star.

Awful experience, ordered a specific scale, they sent me something entirely different, wanted me to pay for shipping back to them along with original shipping costs too. Bad communication. I kept scale out of frustration & moved on, do not buy from them.

I had such a terrible time getting an answer from them, and they didn't refund my money until 3 months later!! Terrible!!!
